This is a beautiful image. We love the use of the landscape with the dog. This shot makes us want to visit New Zealand. Why is it good? THe composition is excellent, we like the relationship to the dog and the yellow grass in front of her. They're bending towards her. The background blues contrast nicely with the golden coat and the aperture is a good balance with the shutter speed. Finally, the dog's pose is serene and shows the animal's quality. The fact that her head is turned back towards her shoulder gives the dog added grace.
